We offer competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, career advancement opportunities, and a team culture where your contributions are recognized and valued. $80,000-85,000 annual base salary Lucrative commission structure with excellent earning potential Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays 401(k) Career growth and advancement opportunities Supportive leadership team and collaborative work environment What You'll Do As the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will lead all community sales and marketing efforts with the goal of increasing occupancy while providing exceptional service to prospective residents and their families. Responsibilities include: Develop and execute the community's annual sales and marketing strategy Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, outreach, referrals, and community partnerships Conduct professional community tours that showcase the lifestyle and value of our senior living community Guide prospective residents and families through every step of the decision-making and move-in process Coordinate a seamless move-in experience with community leadership Plan and implement marketing campaigns, community events, presentations, newsletters, and advertising initiatives Build relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior organizations, and referral partners Represent the community at networking events, health fairs, and community functions Monitor occupancy goals, sales metrics, and departmental performance Develop and manage departmental budgets and marketing resources Maintain compliance with all company policies and applicable regulations Supervise and support members of the Sales department Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, is self-motivated, and has a passion for helping seniors and their families. Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience At least three (3) years of successful sales or marketing experience Senior living, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or other relationship-based sales experience strongly preferred Proven ability to build referral networks and consistently achieve sales goals Outstanding communication, presentation, and customer service skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating with community leadership Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile liability insurance Why You'll Love Working Here At The Crossings at Eastchase, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day while building a rewarding career.
