Senior Community Development Finance Real Estate Transactional Counsel

Overview Candidate requirements include recent real estate transactional experience, specifically real estate lending and/or joint venture financing, with an ideal background in tax credit transactions. Experience is required in drafting senior, real estate secured loan documents and/or real estate joint venture partnership/operating agreements, along with reviewing title commitments, recorded documents, and surveys to oversee paralegal review. The firm's Community Development Financing Group advises lenders, investors, and syndicators on real estate financings involving various state and federal tax credits, including low-income housing, historic rehabilitation, new markets, and energy tax credits.
