MRI Technologist

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

8-Hour Rotating Shifts (Day/Evening) with flexibility required, including 1-2 weekends a month.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated MRI Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work in a teaching hospital environment, ensuring the highest quality imaging services while maintaining patient care and safety. The position involves no on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans according to established protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during MRI procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all imaging procedures.
• Collaborate with medical staff to provide comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS certification.
• Valid ARRT or ARMRIT license with MRI advanced licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in MRI technology.
• Epic experience within the past 2 years is required.
• Phillips MRI system experience is highly preferred.
• Prior travel experience is an advantage.
