Looking for a Therapy Program Manager PT, PTA, OT or OTA role where you’re supported, valued, and encouraged to grow?
Trinity Rehab Services is hiring a licensed Therapist to work across Skilled Nursing and Outpatient services in the Petersburg, IL area. You’ll join a collaborative, person-centered team with strong onsite support and realistic expectations.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide Therapy Services and management services under established plans of care
- Treat patients in SNF and/or Outpatient settings as appropriate
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
- Deliver individualized, meaningful patient care
- Complete documentation efficiently and accurately
What We’re Looking For:
- IL Licensed PT, PTA, OT or OTA
- New graduates encouraged to apply
