Location:El Paso, TX Job Summary Develops and implements process control methods, testing procedures, and inspection protocols to ensure product quality and functionality. Analyzes reports and defective products to identify trends, recommend corrective actions, and minimize defects and failure rates. Coordinates with internal and external representatives to resolve quality issues, implements corrective actions, and contributes to continuous quality improvement programs. Key Responsibilities Uses knowledge of quality processes and engineering standards through structured work assignments and guidance. Develops expertise in identifying and solving quality issues. Assists with analyzing quality metrics and data, ensuring alignment with established processes and standards. Works to evaluate quality assurance and control procedures. Applies quality engineering principles to product design reviews and supports the testing and inspection processes to ensure product compliance with specifications. Carries out quality checks on products and processes, documenting findings and assisting with troubleshooting activities. Communicates with team members and supervisors regarding quality control results, providing updates and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Compiles data related to product quality performance and contributes to reporting and documentation for internal review and process optimization. Coordinates with other departments to address quality concerns and ensure that quality control standards are maintained throughout the product lifecycle. Escalates any unresolved quality issues helping to identify corrective actions as part of continuous improvement efforts. Develops reports and documentation for quality standards and processes utilizing templates and guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency.
