Your Impact and Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume data entry and provide essential clerical support for critical pre-production initiatives.
• Manage general administrative tasks and capture professional notes during key meetings.
• Coordinate comprehensive package management, including shipping, tracking, and preparing items for delivery.
• Act as a primary point of contact for entry-level communications with external partners.
• Maintain meticulous organization and management of physical product samples to support the production team.

What Youll Bring

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management.
• Ability to perform light physical tasks, including lifting and moving packages (no heavy lifting required).
• Access to a personal laptop and monitor for daily work.
