Description Serve as the primary HR leader for a gloabl company overseeing multiple sites within Ohio. Partner with plant/site leadership and corporate HR teams to drive organizational effectiveness and business performance. Lead labor relations activities, including collective bargaining agreement administration, grievance management, contract interpretation, and union partnership initiatives. Advise leaders on employee relations matters, performance management, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and international employment laws and regulations. Drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, onboarding, and retention strategies. Lead annual performance review, compensation, and workforce planning processes. Support organizational change management and employee engagement initiatives. Analyze workforce metrics and provide recommendations to improve productivity, retention, and culture. Partner with Environmental Health & Safety teams to promote a safe and compliant workplace. Manage HR policies, procedures, and programs while ensuring consistency across locations. Coach and develop people leaders on employee management best practices. Lead and develop HR team members where applicable. Profile Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience. 3+ years of HR leadership or management experience. Significant experience supporting unionized manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or distribution environments. Proven experience managing grievances, disciplinary processes, arbitrations, and collective bargaining agreements. Strong employee relations and conflict-resolution experience. Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state employment laws. Experience partnering directly with operations and senior leadership teams. Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, global organization. Preferred Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, or related field. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification. Experience supporting multiple sites or international operations. Background in manufacturing, automotive, consumer products, food production, chemicals, or heavy industry. Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UKG.
