Groovy Goat Bartender Position
Groovy GOAT will be a centerpiece for the Greatest of All Time in food, drinks, sports and games. The Groovy GOAT will satisfy anyone's cravings with a large variety of custom/made from scratch menu items, ranging from sauces and marinades made in house, to wood grilled wings, hand cut steaks, and fresh seafood. We will be home to the greatest sporting events and will be a place for the entire family to enjoy with more than 40 of the top arcade games to choose from.
Groovy GOAT is looking for enthusiastic bartenders to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations. Groovy GOAT bartenders will also be required to have a full knowledge of our menu.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
- Stand for long periods of time
- Basic computer knowledge
- Food Handling and Bartending experience
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work with a team
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Willing to work in a smoke, tobacco and drug free work place.
Groovy Goat is a centerpiece for the Greatest of All Time in food, drinks, sports and games. Featuring a scratch kitchen with a great selection of shareables, entrees and our signature "Tableside Nachos Your Way," Groovy Goat will satisfy anyone's cravings. Plus, there are more than two dozen beers and craft cocktails to enjoy. When it's game time, Groovy Goat is the place to experience the greatest sporting events with a 26-foot screen and dozens of televisions for every fan.
