\nFull-Time | $150,000–$250,000+ Earning Potential
\n \nAirnizer HVAC is looking for an experienced Comfort Advisor / HVAC Sales Consultant to join our growing New York City operation.
\n \nThis is an opportunity to become Airnizer HVAC’s first dedicated HVAC replacement consultant and help build our residential replacement sales division. The right candidate will have significant opportunity for long-term growth and leadership as our sales team expands.
\n \nCompensation & Opportunity
\n \n* 4%–7% commission on gross revenue
\n* Minimum $4,000 monthly draw while earning commission
\n* $150,000–$250,000+ annual earning potential
\n* 15–30 company-generated qualified leads per month
\n* Typical project value: $12,000+
\n* Full-time position
\n* Company-generated opportunities — you focus on consulting, presenting solutions, following up, and closing
\n \nWhat You’ll Do
\n \nYou will meet with homeowners throughout New York City who are interested in replacing or upgrading their HVAC systems.
\n \nYour responsibilities will include:
\n \n- Work company-provided residential leads through the Housecall Pro sales pipeline
\n- Meet with homeowners and evaluate their HVAC and comfort needs
\n- Inspect existing HVAC systems and understand the scope of the replacement
\n- Recommend appropriate equipment and system configurations
\n- Prepare 3–4 proposal options for every client, giving homeowners clear choices based on their needs, budget, efficiency, and comfort goals
\n- Professionally present system options, pricing, and value
\n- Close HVAC replacement projects while maintaining company pricing and profitability standards
\n- Maintain a 40%+ closing rate on qualified opportunities
\n- Consistently follow up on open proposals and opportunities through Housecall Pro
\n- Maintain accurate notes, appointments, proposals, and customer information
\n- Provide a complete and accurate project handoff to our installation team
\n \nWho We’re Looking For
\n \n- A proven 40%+ closing rate on qualified leads
\n- Experience selling $10,000+ HVAC or home-improvement projects
\n- Strong residential HVAC technical knowledge
\n- Excellent communication and presentation skills
\n- Strong follow-up and closing ability
\n- The ability to explain technical HVAC solutions in terms homeowners can easily understand
\n- Experience selling on quality and value rather than simply offering the lowest price
\n- NYC residential HVAC sales experience preferred
\n- A professional, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach
