NOW HIRING: Experienced Leasing Consultant

Orlando, FL

We're looking for an Experienced Leasing Consultant to join a growing apartment community in Orlando, FL!

Requirements :

Previous apartment leasing experience REQUIRED
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Experience with Yardi, OneSite, ResMan, or other property management software is a plus
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Professional communication and organizational abilities
Reliable transportation
Weekend availability is a plus

Responsibilities :

Process rental applications and lease agreements
Build relationships with prospective and current residents
Answer phones, emails, and leasing inquiries
Assist with resident retention and lease renewals
Maintain accurate leasing records and follow up with prospects
Conduct apartment tours and lease available units
