Regional Sales Manager

Job Description

A leading manufacturing client of Insight Global is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team remotely and oversee the western region - their largest territory! In this strategic role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing targeted sales plans tailored to regional market needs. You'll regularly engage with business owners, engineers, general contractors, and regulatory agencies to promote product offerings and secure project specifications. The position also involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through advertising leads, trade shows, and professional networking. Collaboration with internal teams will be key as you help shape competitive pricing strategies and proposals, while also providing valuable market insights to support bid efforts.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• 4+ years of experience within technical sales

• Understanding of construction bidding processes - Experience within Geosynthetics (or related) technical sales

• Experience within construction, infrastructure, or related

• Background in engineering or engineering degree

• Bilingual
