Qualifications/Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Michigan (or eligibility)
• Experience in pediatric, home health, school, and/or teletherapy OT settings preferred
• Commitment to early intervention, family engagement, and individualized treatment planning
• Strong communication, flexibility, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide OT services to children ages birth to three in home settings
• Develop and implement individualized plans with families and educators
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with teachers, caregivers, and other providers
• Participate in teletherapy and school-based OT services as needed
• Maintain required documentation and reporting
