Marketing Associate

Experience: 1–2 years of marketing or ecommerce experience Compensation: [Pay range to be added prior to posting — see note below] About the role Our company is looking for a Marketing Associate to support day-to-day marketing execution across our brands. This is a hands‑on role for someone comfortable working across multiple ecommerce and marketing platforms, juggling multiple distinct brand voices, and keeping campaigns, listings, and reporting organized and on schedule. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager/Director and coordinate with designers, freelancers, and video editors to keep content and campaigns moving. What you'll do Platform management Manage Shopify storefronts across our brands, including product listings, collections, discount codes, basic storefront edits, and order and inventory visibility. Build and manage Klaviyo email and SMS flows, segmentation, and campaigns, and pull basic performance reporting. Manage TikTok Shop listings, live and video shop setup, and order coordination. Maintain and update product listings across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. Content and creative Coordinate with designers and freelancers on creative assets for campaigns and listings. Write product copy and marketing copy across brands. Support social media content calendars and post across brand channels. Help make and edit short-form video, or work directly with video editors to get content produced. Help coordinate photo shoots and other brand events. Reporting and coordination Pull and organize performance data (email open and click rates, ad spend, sales by channel) into spreadsheets. Track campaign calendars and deadlines across our brands, and flag trends or issues to leadership. Manage marketing tasks across multiple distinct brand identities without mixing up voice, audience, or promotions, prioritizing across brands when deadlines compete. Monitor competitors and the broader pet market on TikTok Shop and Amazon. Administrative support Keep shared drives and marketing files organized. Track vendor invoices related to marketing spend. Manage swag and sample requests. What you bring 1–2 years of hands‑on experience with Shopify, including listings, collections, discounts, and basic storefront edits. Working experience with Klaviyo, including building flows, segments, and campaigns. Familiarity with TikTok Shop and Amazon Seller Central. Strong spreadsheet skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including comfort with formulas and organizing performance data. Strong writing skills and comfort adapting tone across multiple brand voices. Highly organized, deadline‑driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once. Comfortable working fully remote and coordinating with a distributed team. Nice to have Experience with basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar). Experience with paid social or paid search reporting. Experience with influencer or affiliate marketing coordination. Background in ecommerce, consumer products, or pet industry brands.
