Entry-Level Nonprofit Marketing Associate – Culver City, CA Start Club | Full-Time | W-2 | Paid Training | Weekly Pay Start Club is an outreach and event marketing firm that partners with nationally recognized charities to increase public awareness, community involvement, and long-term donor support through live, face-to-face events. Our team works directly with nonprofit organizations and charitable campaigns, helping connect everyday people with causes that create meaningful, lasting impact. We are currently hiring Entry-Level Nonprofit Marketing Associates to join our growing team in Culver City, CA . This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, want to strengthen their professional communication skills, and are interested in supporting meaningful nonprofit and community initiatives. In this position, you’ll work directly with the public at events and outreach locations throughout the Culver City and greater Los Angeles area. You’ll educate community members about the nonprofit campaigns we represent, answer questions, and assist individuals who choose to donate or become supporters. Compensation includes weekly base pay plus performance-based incentives tied to the donations and support generated through outreach efforts. What You’ll Do Represent nonprofit and charity partners at local events and community outreach campaigns Communicate each organization’s mission, programs, and impact through engaging, face-to-face conversations Educate community members on ways they can get involved or provide support Guide interested individuals through the donation and supporter registration process Build positive relationships with members of the community Assist with event setup, coordination, and daily campaign logistics Track engagement and supporter activity during events Participate in ongoing paid training focused on communication, leadership, fundraising, and outreach strategy Work alongside a supportive, goal-oriented team to achieve campaign objectives Who This Role Is Great For This position may be a great fit for individuals who: Enjoy face-to-face interaction and working directly with the public Are comfortable initiating conversations in event and community settings Prefer an active, team-based environment over a traditional desk role Want to develop communication, presentation, fundraising, and leadership skills Are motivated by goals and performance-based opportunities Have experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, promotions, events, or volunteering — although previous experience is not required No prior nonprofit, fundraising, or marketing experience is required.
