Role Description

MC Staffing Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, and bilingual English/Spanish Entry-Level Front Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Port Richey office.

This is a full-time, on-site position that is ideal for a recent graduate or someone looking to begin a professional career in staffing, recruiting, customer service, office administration, or business operations.

The Front Office Coordinator will serve as one of the first points of contact for candidates, clients, employees, and visitors. Because the role involves regular communication with both English- and Spanish-speaking candidates, fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

The role will initially focus on front-office operations and administrative support. As the individual becomes familiar with our processes and receives training, they will also begin assisting with candidate screening and conducting interviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and employees in both English and Spanish.
• Welcome candidates, clients, employees, and visitors and provide a positive first impression.
• Schedule appointments, interviews, meetings, and other office activities.
• Assist with calendars and general scheduling coordination.
• Support candidates throughout the application and onboarding process.
• Assist with administrative tasks, correspondence, filing, data entry, and recordkeeping.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate and office records.
• Help maintain an organized and professional front-office environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to candidates, clients, employees, and visitors.
• Assist the staffing and recruiting team with day-to-day administrative support.
• Communicate professionally by phone, email, text, and in person.
• Handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Learn company interviewing and candidate-screening processes.
• Conduct candidate interviews and screenings once trained.
• Assist with evaluating candidate qualifications and gathering information for the recruiting team.
• Support additional recruiting, staffing, and office responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree is a plus
• Must be able to successfully complete and pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and comfort managing inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency with computers and standard office software.
• Comfortable learning new scheduling, staffing, recruiting, and office systems.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Positive, professional, and dependable attitude.
• Go-getter mentality with strong problem-solving skills.
• Coachable and willing to learn.
• Comfortable speaking with and eventually interviewing job candidates.
• Ability to take initiative and follow through on assigned responsibilities.
• Previous receptionist, customer service, administrative, recruiting, or office experience is helpful but not required.
