This is a fantastic opportunity for registered nurses with Home Health, HCHB, and Oasis experience to make a significant impact in Stanly, parts of Davidson, and Montgomery Counties. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for individuals.
• Supervise and ensure health maintenance and disease prevention efforts.
• Coordinate communications and actions among health disciplines for patient safety.
• Manage medication processes including administration, storage, and documentation.
• Maintain and document individuals' health status in nursing notes.
• Guide and supervise licensed practical/vocational nurses as needed.
• Schedule and complete health-related appointments with follow-up actions.
• Provide training on health and safety topics for new and current staff.

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• RN License required
• Home Health experience with HCHB and Oasis (testing may be required)
• Wound care experience (certification not required)
• Valid driver's license and insurance
• CPR/BLS certified onsite (online certifications not acceptable)
• IV fusion and PICC care experience required
