Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN with specialty experience in the Emergency Room/Emergency Department for a travel assignment in Albemarle, NC. The successful candidate will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing care to both pediatric and adult patients with a variety of conditions.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED

• Interpret cardiac rhythms and manage critical care drips
• Manage ventilators, chest tubes, and initiate PIV starts
• Administer TNK/TPA and perform conscious sedation
• Conduct ESI Assessments and provide patient care based on acuity (RN: 1:4-5)
• Collaborate with CNA, charge nurse, and the ED physician team
• Utilize hospital technology including Epic for EMR and Omnicell for medication dispensing
• Float within the local region as required, ensuring flexibility and top-notch care

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

• RN License with BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of ED RN experience needed
• TNCC certification preferred
• Proficiency in ED skills and critical patient management required
