The Firm offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, health savings account, life insurance, short/long term disability, generous parental leave and PTO plan, 401((K) retirement and profit sharing plan, wellness programs, transportation pre-tax plan, education scholarship opportunities, holiday and merit bonuses, and more!IP Litigation Paralgeal Summary:* Organize and maintain case files and databases.* Maintain case dockets and advise attorneys of due dates.* Organize and coordinate document retrieval and review projects.* Perform basic legal and factual research.* Assist in the preparation of pleadings, exhibits, written discovery and production documents for motions, discovery, hearings and trials.* Cite check and proofread pleadings and other documents.* Oversee and manage all aspects of a case from pre-litigation through trial and appeal.* Maintain up-to-date time reports to ensure accurate client billing.Qualifications Summary:* A Bachelor’s Degree is a requirement for this role.* Minimum of 5 years of federal district court litigation experience.* Knowledge of federal court rules and procedures, litigation terminology and documentation, and docketing procedures.* Working knowledge of Lexis, Westlaw, and other litigation-research databases.* Familiarity with case management software, E-Discovery, and Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) procedures.* IP litigation, PTAB and/or ITC experience required.* Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to set priorities and multi-task.-The ability to work overtime and some travel may be required.Please visit Jonesnet.com for a full list of career opportunities presented by Jones Networking. #J-18808-Ljbffr
