Key Responsibilities Networking & Relationship-Building Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, including senior living communities, real estate agents, attorneys, and other local professionals. Attend networking events, chamber meetings, and community activities to promote Caring Transitions’ services and increase brand awareness. Develop and implement strategies to grow visibility within our service territory. Maintain consistent follow‑up with referral sources to nurture trust and generate qualified leads. Enter all leads into CRM for follow‑up. Sales and Client Acquisition Follow up promptly with incoming client leads to evaluate needs and schedule consultations. Conduct in‑home or virtual consultations to assess project scope and client needs. Prepare and deliver detailed proposals that clearly outline services, timelines, and pricing. Send contracts to clients and ensure all agreements are signed before scheduling work. Secure deposits and confirm payment details prior to adding projects to the operational calendar. Provide a seamless handoff to the Operations Manager, ensuring all details are accurately communicated to avoid gaps in client experience. Track sales activity, conversion rates, and follow‑up actions in the company CRM. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and lead conversion goals. Qualifications & Skills Proven success in sales, business development, or a client‑facing role. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport. Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management abilities. Comfortable delivering presentations and proposals both in person and virtually. Proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and digital communication platforms. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Passion for serving seniors and families in transition. Hours & Scheduling This is a part‑time position, with an expected workload of approximately 25‑30 hours per week. Some evening or weekend events may be required for networking opportunities and client meetings.
