Role Overview TheSupervisor,Global Financeprovides accounting support for Ronald McDonald House Global.The Supervisor, Global Finance will primarilybe responsible foroversight ofthe cashdisbursementand credit card processes,performmonthly and year end accounting, and track spending compared to budget. TheSupervisor willalsomanage thestatecharitable solicitationfiling process. Responsibilities Review the weekly cash disbursement process, including review of allcash disbursementsfor accuracy of expense coding prior toapproving payments to be distributed Review the monthly credit card process including maintenance of the credit card portal Assistwith monthly and year-end accounting Manage the state charitable solicitation filing process,includingcoordinationwith vendorto execute the filings Monitormonthlyexpenses versus budget Manage the net assets released from restriction process Reviewvendor services and othercontracts for compliance with budget Reviewthe annual federal andstate1099 filings as well as other annual disbursement related filings Assistwith the annual external audit process and IRS Form 990 preparation process Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting 3–5 years of relevant experience, public accounting, nonprofit experience and CPA preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including adapting to shifting priorities and continuous process changes Ability to learn quickly Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Power Suite andhave the ability toquickly learn other software applications necessary to complete daily tasks Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Outstanding analytical abilities Initiative and creativity in finding efficiencies, including leveraging technology Excellent communication and customer service skills Compensation Bonus Eligible: Yes Long - Term Incentive: No Benefits Eligible: Yes Salary Range The expected salary range for this role is $78,281.00 - $97,852.00 USD per year The above represents the expectedsalaryrange for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining yourpay, we may also consider your experience, and other job-related factors.
