Role: Principal Engineer
Coppell, TX - Onsite
Contract to hire (C2H)
Contract Period is 6 Months only
Interview process:
- L1 will be with internal panel and scenario based hands-on check along with theoretical
- L2 will be in-person in client office with client panel and scenario based hands-on check along with theoretical in two rounds as needed
Required skills:
Proficiency with the following skills:
- C#/MVC/Web API
- Design Patterns
- Angular (Preferred current versions)
- React
- Sql Server / Cosmos Db
- Experience with Azure Services
- Experience in RAG/Graph (Preferred)
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- 12+ years overall exp with, 8+ years of related experience developing software. Mortgage industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability respond quickly to sensitive issues, complex inquiries, or complaints from clients, co-workers and or management.
- Strong analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in technical field. Master's degree in a technical field is preferred.
- Adaptive leadership style, capable of leading multi-disciplinary teams with diverse skill sets and experience levels.
