Senior Industrial Designer

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time hybrid Senior Industrial Designer will drive the design of innovative products for Truck, Jeep, and Off-Road accessories, utilizing sketching, CAD visualization, and prototyping to enhance brand presence and consumer satisfaction. Key responsibilities Lead the design process for new products, including sketching, CAD modeling, and creating high-quality renderings and prototypes Collaborate with design leadership to establish a cohesive design language and contribute to category-specific consumer-driven innovations Manage multiple design projects concurrently while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and maintaining alignment with brand strategy Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in industrial design 4+ years of experience as an Industrial Designer of consumer products Proficiency in CAD modeling (Solidworks) and rendering software (Keyshot) Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator Ability to communicate design concepts effectively through visual storytelling and presentations
