Required Skills:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• NYS licensure and clinical certification in Speech Pathology or its equivalent
• Completion of clinical fellowship year
• Successful passing of pre-employment health clearance
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills in speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication skills for patient, family, and staff education

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in diverse clinical populations
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
• Knowledge of the latest speech therapy technologies and techniques
• Experience participating in community outreach programs

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Prior experience with program development and interdisciplinary collaboration

Other Requirements:

• NYS licensure and clinical certification are mandatory
• Ability to work in a day shift schedule (Days) with an 8-hour shift length
• Willingness to participate in community programs and professional development activities
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $52.78, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, paid sick time, and a robust referral bonus program.
