Program Manager

Avion Solutions Inc., a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a Program Manager to support U.S. Army aviation platforms. This position will be located at Ft. Eustis, VA, and is contingent upon award.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

• Serve as the on-site lead responsible for overall contract performance, personnel management, customer coordination, and daily operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact with Government leadership and has authority to make decisions affecting contract execution.
• Manage daily contract operations and workforce performance.
• Serve as primary liaison between Government and Contractor personnel.
• Monitor schedules, staffing, deliverables, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate resources to support engineering and administrative requirements.
• Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide status updates, performance reports, and customer support.

Required:

• Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain/maintain a DoW security clearance.
