Accounts Receivable Representative II

Process customer invoicing and handle administrative duties related to accounts receivable

Correctly record and process customer payments and checks on a regular basis

Communicate effectively with customers to collect overdue payments

Use relevant software for processing invoices and recording data

Resolve discrepancies related to invoices

Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner

Perform backup duties with the accounting team and support project-based assignments

Maintain strong customer service skills and build good relationships with clients

Work independently and utilize basic computer software such as Microsoft Office

Minimum high school diploma with accounting experience

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with customers

Strong customer service skills and relationship-building abilities

Proficiency in basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Experience with invoicing and accounting software is preferred
