Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a staff Physical Therapist to join a A leading outpatient physical therapy provider specializing in personalized, evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, and individualized patient care.. This is a fully onsite position in Centreville, VA Our Client's Physical Therapists / PTs are the cornerstone of their commitment to caring. Our client is looking for Physical Therapists / PTs who are as passionate as they are about ensuring that their patients and residents receive the care and support services they need and deserve. Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist: Evaluate patients to identify mobility limitations, functional deficits, pain, and other musculoskeletal impairments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatment focused on restoring mobility, strength, function, and quality of life. Utilize skilled manual therapy techniques and individualized therapeutic exercise programs to support patient recovery and help prevent re-injury. Monitor patient progress throughout treatment and adjust therapy programs based on individual needs, functional goals, and response to treatment. Educate patients on exercises, movement strategies, and techniques to help maintain mobility and function beyond their course of therapy. Provide individualized, patient-focused care in an outpatient rehabilitation environment. Perform physical therapy programs under the general supervision of the Clinical Director. Qualifications for the Physical Therapist: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited Physical Therapy program (No prior professional Physical Therapist experience required; new graduates are eligible for consideration). Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) and/or current licensure, certification, or registration in accordance with applicable state requirements. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and sit for prolonged periods and possess full use of gross and fine motor skills of the upper and lower extremities. Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Desired Dry Needling certification. Compensation for the Physical Therapist: Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 *depending on experience* Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Plan, PTO, Holidays, Sick Leave if required by law This job opens for applications on 08/7.
