Duties Collaborate with associates and partners on multi-state projects. Evaluate tied house, trade practice, ownership, and licensing considerations. Handle all aspects of administrative actions. Develop and maintain strong business and client relationships. Engage in general commercial litigation matters. Requirements Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate from an accredited U.S. law school. Member of the California State Bar in good standing. Experience with an Am Law 100 firm is desired. Education Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate degree.
