Family Centered Treatment Therapist

Health Connect America seeks a Family Centered Treatment Therapist to provide in‑home and community‑based therapy for children, adolescents, and families. In this role, you will complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence‑based family therapy focused on safety, stability, and functional improvement. Collaborate closely with schools, community partners, and multidisciplinary team members, maintaining timely documentation and compliance with regulations.
