Pay Rate: $24.72 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate for a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with management and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, stock areas, entry points, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help observe visitor activity, support loss prevention efforts, and address policy-related issues with professionalism.
• Assist with closing and opening procedures, help control access to restricted areas, and report maintenance, hazard, and/or operational concerns to the appropriate contact.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
