Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store associates by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter theft, trespassing, and/or unauthorized access while maintaining a professional presence. Support loss prevention and store operations by documenting observations, communicating with site contacts, and assisting with security-related concerns as needed. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
