Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Business Law Attorney in Lynn, MA. The ideal candidate will manage a client-focused practice involving business transactions, corporate law, commercial lease drafting and negotiation, real estate transactions, and liquor licensing. Duties Advise and represent clients on business formation, transactions, and corporate governance matters. Draft and negotiate commercial leases and asset purchase agreements. Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchase/sale agreements, closings, and title review. Assist clients with liquor license applications, renewals, and compliance. Manage a caseload independently while collaborating with firm attorneys and staff. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar. 3‑5 years of experience in business/corporate law, real estate, or transactional practice. Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills. Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently. Education J.D. from an accredited law school. Certifications Active member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar. Skills Strong drafting and negotiation skills. Excellent client communication abilities.
