COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

During the initial training period, this position is eligible for a weekly salary range of $1,340 - $1,730. Full-Time Analysts are eligible for overtime compensation during the initial training period which is paid in accordance with the Fluctuating Workweek Method. Following the training program, the base salary for this position range is $80,000 - $105,000.00 Key has implemented an approach to employee workspaces which prioritizes in-office presence, while providing flexible options in circumstances where roles can be performed effectively in a mobile environment.
