Production Material Handlers & Powder Coating Technicians

Job Description

Twin City Powder Coating is expanding our team and seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join a fast-paced, professional manufacturing environment.

Available Shift

Second Shift: 2PM – 10:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Shift times may vary based on production workload. Overtime is available during peak periods.

Responsibilities

Safely hang metal parts of various sizes and weights on rolling carts using appropriately sized hooks
Remove finished products using proper lifting techniques
Package finished parts using appropriate materials to ensure protection during shipping
Visually inspect parts for flaws in the paint finish
Assist with forklift operation as needed
Support other departments to help maintain efficient workflow across the shop floor
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tool carts and the shop floor
Uphold a safe working environment at all times
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs for the duration of a full shift
General knowledge of hand tools
Comfortable working independently as well as in a team setting
Able to work in a hot environment
Reliable transportation required
Strong, dependable attendance record
Ability to meet and exceed production deadlines in a fast-paced setting
