Job Summary We are looking for a part-time/PRN Speech Language Pathologist who will work 15 hours a week, with the potential to grow additional hours. As a Speech Language Pathologist at The Orchards at Southgate , you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders in our patients. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, providing high-quality care to our patients. Pay starts at $40.00 per hour and increases based on experience. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations, assessments, and treatments for patients with communication and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient-specific needs Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with facility policies and procedures Maintain accurate records and reports Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes Requirements Associate's degree in Speech Language Pathology Minimum 0 years of experience, preferably in SNF/LTC settings Experience with Net Health and PCC documentation systems Must be licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Michigan BLS certification required Ability to work flexible and consistent hours What We Offer Opportunities for growth and professional development Collaborative and supportive work environment Flexible and consistent scheduling #J-18808-Ljbffr The Orchards at Southgate
