Senior Accountant

Está en búsqueda de un Contador Sr. Bilingüe: Español Nativo e Inglés Avanzado Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas o carrera afín. Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en contabilidad general y cierres contables. Experiencia comprobable en preparación de estados financieros bajo US GAAP. Conocimiento sólido de: Conciliaciones bancarias, Cuentas de balance, Provisiones y ajustes contables, Activos fijos. Cuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar. Experiencia atendiendo auditorías financieras y requerimientos fiscales. Dominio avanzado de Excel. Manejo de sistemas contables o ERP. Ejecutar y coordinar los cierres contables mensuales, trimestrales y anuales. Preparar y revisar estados financieros bajo normativa US GAAP. Registrar y validar pólizas contables, provisiones, ajustes y reclasificaciones de cierre. Realizar conciliaciones bancarias, cuentas de balance e intercompañías. Administrar y dar seguimiento a cuentas por pagar, cuentas por cobrar, activos fijos y gastos acumulados. Analizar variaciones contables y presupuestales, identificando riesgos, desviaciones y áreas de mejora. Elaborar reportes financieros para dirección y áreas corporativas. Coordinar la preparación de información para auditorías internas y externas. Colaborar con asesores fiscales para asegurar el cumplimiento de obligaciones tributarias en Estados Unidos. Participar en procesos de consolidación financiera y conciliación de operaciones entre Estados Unidos y México. Fortalecer controles internos y promover mejoras en procesos contables y financieros. Mantener comunicación constante con Finanzas, Tesorería, Legal, Operaciones y Capital Humano.
