Product Analyst, Digital Assets (Investor Communications & Governance) (Hybrid - NYC)

Overview Broadridge is seeking a Digital Assets Product Analyst – Investor Communications & Governance to analyze customer needs, evaluate market opportunities, and support the development and launch of new and existing products and services in the digital assets landscape. Responsibilities Analyze customer needs, market competition, and the scope of current and future product lines, specifications, and requirements for digital assets focused on investor communication, governance, and corporate actions (including Proxy). Research, develop, and monitor new and existing products and services, including comprehensive market research and strategic analysis. Evaluate new product ideas and product changes, including preparing return‑on‑investment analyses and supporting product development programs. Partner with internal teams to establish schedules for development and service delivery and support successful product launches. Work with Marketing to help introduce and market new products through coordinated plans across sales, advertising, and production. Determine product pricing and support operational requirements needed for product readiness and delivery. Gather and document technical specifications so products can be effectively developed and implemented. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal education in a relevant discipline. Experience applying knowledge within a product, market research, or business analysis function. Strong personal interest in digital assets and tokenization, with experience in digital asset product or a corporate actions / investor communications role preferred. Understanding of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines across investor communications, corporate actions, and corporate governance. Ability to analyze problems and evaluate possible solutions using standard procedures and sound judgment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly. Ability to manage own work with moderate guidance and collaborate effectively across teams. Proficiency with standard business tools and documentation needed to support research, analysis, and planning. Compensation Salary range: $110,000 – $115,000. Bonus eligible.
