Immediate start and short-term commitment make this an excellent opportunity to advance your career.Quick Facts:Location: 2600 Greenwood Road, Shreveport, LA 71103Start Date: 08/10/2026End Date: 11/07/2026Shift: 10-hour days (morning or evening)Hours/Week: 40 hours/weekEmployment Type: Contract (W-2)Licensure/Certs: RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CSFA or CSA certification (preferred for First Assist roles)Experience: Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience in acute care settingPay & Benefits:Pay package discussed upon applicationWeekly pay via direct depositCompetitive pay rates at $50.92/hourBenefits include: Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws, Robust referral bonus program, Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable, 24/7 dedicated support team throughout your assignmentWhat You'll Do:Assist with a wide variety of surgical procedures including robotic, neuro-spine, bariatric, transplant, and urology surgeriesCirculate and scrub (if experienced) in the OR, supporting the surgical team during proceduresPrepare operating rooms and equipment for scheduled surgeriesEnsure patient safety and comfort throughout surgical processesFollow all protocols related to surgical safety, sterile techniques, and documentationParticipate in on-call rotations, including weekends and holidays, as requiredCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams including anesthesia, physicians, and surgical techsWhat You Need:Required:Valid RN license with current state licensure in LouisianaBLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certificationsMinimum 2 years of OR experience in an acute care settingAbility to pass an EKG competency exam prior to startFlexibility to work scheduled shifts including weekends and call shiftsPreferred:Neuro, transplant, or robotics surgical experienceCertification as a First Assist (CSFA or CSA)About the Assignment:This position is based at a leading facility in Shreveport, LA, featuring 13 ORs dedicated to general, specialty, and robotic surgeries. The OR team performs complex procedures including neurovascular, transplant, bariatrics, and urology, supporting a dynamic and collaborative environment.
