Washes, peels, slices, andcombines vegetables, fruits and other ingredients for salads, cold plates, side dishes,entrees, appetizers and garnishes. Portions, carves and slices meats and fish. Measuresand mixes ingredients to make salad dressings, sauces, soups, and other foods followingrecipes. Complies with recipes, portion sizes, quality standards, and policies andprocedures. Ensures that Department of Health standards are maintained at all times.Minimum Qualifications: Kitchen experience preferred but not necessary. Training will beprovided on-site.Salary: Hourly/Non-ExemptLine CookJob Description and Duties: Sets up and stocks stations with all necessary supplies.Prepares food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparingsauces). Cooks menu items per recipes in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.Cleans up stations and takes care of leftover foods. Stocks inventory appropriately.Ensures that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.Complies with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.Minimum Qualifications: Kitchen experience preferred. Training will be provided on-site.Salary: Hourly/Non-ExemptDishwasherJob Description and Duties: Washes, transports and properly stores all dishes,silverware, cups and kitchen equipment. Maintains the dish room and dish machine in asanitary and efficient manner. Ensures that Department of Health standards aremaintained at all times. Dishwasher will move foods, dishes, trash, and service dishroom and kitchen equipment as directed.Minimum Qualifications: No kitchen experience needed. Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholicbeverages in accordance with standard recipes. Serves wines and bottled or draughtbeer. Enters drink and food orders into register/POS. Collects payments and isresponsible for cash drawer.Minimum Qualifications: At least 1 year of bartending experience. Must have basicknowledge of beers and wines. Must have basic math skills and have the ability tohandle money. Must be age 18 or older. Training will be provided on-site.Salary: Hourly/Non-ExemptServerJob Description and Duties: Cleans and maintains dining room and server station.Greets and seats customers and takes phone reservations. Processes guest orders toensure that all items are prepared properly and in a timely manner. Recommends specialsand advises guests on meal and beverage choices. Observes diners to ensure thatguests are satisfied with the food and service, responds to additional requests, anddetermines when the meal has been completed. Closes bills and accepts cash or creditcard payment. May assist bus person with stocking, removing, and resetting dishes andsilverware between courses, and cleaning and resetting vacated tables.Minimum Qualifications: Serving experience preferred but not necessary. Removes dirty dishes and silverware from tables between courses, and clearstables after guests leave. Replaces dishes and silverware for next course. Returns dirtydishes, silverware, and glassware to service station. Cleans up spills, helps dishwasher,and carries out trash.Minimum Qualifications: No experience needed.
