Senior Construction Procurement Specialist

City of Charlotte seeks a Procurement Officer to lead the acquisition of planning, design, and construction capital projects across City Departments. You will provide senior‑level procurement expertise, contract negotiation, and oversight of all procurement activities for AES and construction services.
