Divorce & Family Law Attorney

Location: Hackensack, NJ (Remote)

Job Type: Full-time

What They Are Looking For:

Our client is seeking attorneys with three (3) to twenty-five (25) years of experience in the divorce and family law field. The ideal applicant will have a reputation for compassion and intelligence, coupled with the ability to adopt an assertive approach when necessary to help clients achieve favorable outcomes. Highly versed in negotiations who would rather help clients resolve their conflicts and reach agreements; however, will not hesitate to take clients' matters to court when necessary to fight for their rights.

Top Responsibilities:

·         Legal representation: Staying up to date with legal knowledge and proactively obtaining the knowledge necessary to obtain the best possible outcomes for all clients.

·         Quality communication and support: Ensuring clients are supported throughout the legal process with constant communications and providing support and guidance regarding their legal matters. Ensuring clients are served with the highest quality in a timely manner, quick response times to client inquiries, setting expectations, prioritizing tasks, and addressing client concerns actively and proactively.

·         Conduct consults: Meet with potential client and determine how we can help them in the most difficult time in their life.
