Overview
\nJoin the legal team of a major commercial law firm with highly rated attorneys specializing in redevelopment, site plans, and extensive zoning variances as a Senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney specializing in land use and zoning and real estate transactions.

- Provide expert legal counsel on land use planning, zoning laws, and regulatory compliance to clients involved in real estate development, municipal projects, and environmental initiatives. \n
Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Provide comprehensive legal guidance on land use planning, zoning laws, environmental regulations, and related statutes to support development initiatives. \n
- Draft, review, and negotiate land use agreements, contracts, and permits to facilitate smooth project execution. \n
- Represent the firm in court depositions, hearings, and negotiations with government agencies, clients, and community groups. \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in relevant jurisdictions. \n
- 4+ years of experience in land use law \n
- 4+ years of experience in New Jersey Zoning Law \n
- Licensed in New Jersey \n
The salary range for this position is $140,000k - $225,000k based upon experience.
