Our agency opened in 2007 and is built on a strong foundation of hard work, integrity, and service. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I had a background in farming, which shaped my work ethic and commitment to doing things the right way.

Family and community are both very important to me and play a big role in how I lead the agency. I'm married with 3 sons and stay actively involved in the community through organizations such as the Washington County Chapter, Delta Waterfowl, the Greenville Rotary Club, and the Greenville Chamber of Commerce.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jay Janous - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
