Coordinated Care Services, Inc.
Delphi Rise is seeking an Outreach Specialist to support recovery goals for youth and communities. You will educate clients on recovery pathways, model coping skills, and work with schools to promote wellbeing through MTSS collaboration. The role requires travel across districts, engagement with youth, and maintaining licensure.
