About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of eCommerce to lead and evolve an integrated marketing strategy focused on brand growth, performance marketing, customer acquisition, digital transformation, and sustainable commercial growth. This role will connect brand strategy with demand generation, strengthen revenue performance, and deliver a consistent, customer-centric omnichannel experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, brand growth, demand generation, customer acquisition, and revenue performance.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams across performance marketing, brand management, campaign management, content, social media, and CRM.
• Oversee branding, content marketing, lead generation, SEO, Paid Search, Shopping, Display, Retargeting, email marketing, social media, print, and partnerships.
• Optimize the customer journey across digital and physical touchpoints to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Use data analytics, market research, competitive insights, and customer feedback to improve marketing and sales strategies.
• Drive digital transformation through CRM, CMS, web analytics, marketing automation, personalization, and emerging technologies.
• Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, investment allocation, ROI, KPIs, reporting, and continuous performance optimization.
• Collaborate with the President, senior leadership, and teams across eCommerce, Data Analytics, Design/Creative, Engineering, Merchandising, Product Management, Sales, and Finance.
• Manage agency, vendor, and third-party partnerships to support scalability, innovation, and channel performance.
• Monitor market trends, platform updates, competitive dynamics, and emerging best practices to strengthen marketing effectiveness and commercial growth.
• Establish scalable marketing processes, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistent execution across channels and markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, eCommerce, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including significant leadership in brand strategy, performance marketing, and digital or eCommerce growth, preferably in a B2B environment.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, including building, leading, and developing high-performing marketing teams.
• Proven success in developing and executing integrated, omnichannel marketing strategies that deliver measurable commercial results.
• Strong expertise in branding, content marketing, lead generation, SEO, Paid Search, Shopping, Display, Retargeting, email marketing, and social media.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with GA4, Power BI, SQL-based reporting, CRM, CMS, marketing automation, or web analytics platforms preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multi-channel marketing budgets, forecast results, and achieve ROI, growth, and customer acquisition targets.
• Understanding of customer journey mapping, omnichannel marketing, campaign planning, and alignment with sales and eCommerce objectives.
• Experience implementing or optimizing marketing technologies, personalization capabilities, and emerging AI-enabled solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills, with a strategic, entrepreneurial, creative, and hands-on approach.
• Ability to work in an office environment and travel as required.
