Patient Registration ManagerThe Patient Registration Manager manages the operations of the Patient Registration Department by planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating all activities. The role includes oversight of Shared Services responsibilities related to customer registration. The manager identifies and implements Total Quality Management initiatives. They facilitate compliance with Human Resources processes and programs. The manager also oversees budgetary resources within financial parameters. They are responsible for developing and implementing operational and strategic plans. Patient Registration provides coverage 24/7; however, the manager is not required to mirror that schedule. The manager is expected to maintain visibility and engagement across all shifts.
