Job Summary
Our electrical contracting company is seeking a reliable and organized Office Clerk to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will assist with customer service, scheduling, data entry, document management, and administrative tasks. This position is essential in helping our office run efficiently while supporting our electricians and customers.

Responsibilities
Answer and route incoming phone calls
Schedule service calls and appointments
Enter customer, project, and billing information into Quickbooks
Process invoices, work orders, and purchase orders
Coordinate with field electricians regarding schedules and project documentation
Perform general office duties including copying, scanning, and data entry
Qualifications
Previous office or administrative experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Quickbooks experience preferred
