We are customer focused and truly believe that behaviors drive our culture — and our culture drives our results — always working as one team to win.Key ResponsibilitiesThis is how you'll help us succeed:Conduct daily reconciliation of sales and issuing settlement, identify variances and work with internal team to resolve any gaps.Assist with all financial operations including conducting daily and monthly balancing and reconciliation of bank accounts, reconciling client daily accounting files and approving money movement.Manage new payment related projects.Assist with building global expansion processes and procedures.Foster a growth oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines.QualificationsApplicants for this role will have:Bachelor's degree in business or related field3+ years of finance and/or accounting experience requiredPayments experience required with understanding of card networks and settlement reconciliation proceduresAnalytical, budgeting and/or financial focused mindsetExceptional executive presence, business acumen and presentation skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsExperience with acquiring and/or issuing a plusKnowledge of Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLM tools for work is a plusBenefits & PerksConnexPay offers an attractive compensation package reflecting the scope of the role.
