We are seeking a dedicated and skilled line cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant kitchen environment, delivering high-quality dishes that delight our guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Monitor and control food portions and presentation
- Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards or issues to management
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a line cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety certification is required
- Fluent in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
