Medical Surgical/Tele Nurse

Provide acute care nursing services to adult patients in a Medical/Surgical/Tele nursing unit. Deliver quality patient care while adhering to hospital policies and standards, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor vital signs, medication administration, and clinical interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient progress and update electronic health records accurately.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Ohio or Compact State RN license.
• Possess a minimum of 18 months of recent, perm Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Be CPR and ACLS certified, with active certifications in hand at submission.
• Have a recent reference from a manager, supervisor, or director within the past 12 months.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and safe medication administration during orientation.
