Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

Work Schedule: 3 days per week, 7 a.m.–7 p.m. / Rotating Weekends Job Summary and Qualifications As a Registered Nurse at HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake, you will provide care in an inpatient rehabilitation unit, using technology and resources to deliver safe, high‑quality care. What You Will Do In Your Role Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients. Meet the Standards of Practice for the Rehabilitation Unit and manage all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment. Participate in activities to plan, measure, assess, and improve the quality of patient care. Instruct patients/families regarding disease processes. Complete additional admission paperwork specific to the Rehabilitation Unit. Participate in weekly patient care conferences as needed. Assume responsibility for charging the unit as needed. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred. Current Registered Nurse license in Texas or a multi‑state compact license (must obtain Texas RN license within 90 days of hire). Current BLS certification required. Minimum 1 year of clinical rehabilitation experience as a licensed RN.
